We only offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses. If you give our sales team a call they can let you know how much delivery would be to your postcode.
Please note: if you have taken out finance in order to purchase a vehicle, the delivery must go to the home address that you applied with. This is a requirement from the finance suppliers.

Yes we do! All you need to do is set up and account with us over the phone or in-store. Or if you already have one let us know. Then you can make your first payment (cash, card or bank transfer) of an amount of your choosing, this amount will then get allocated to your account.
You can then continue making payments as often as you like, at whatever amount you like.
Then once you reach your targeted amount, our sales team will sort the purchase of your chosen vehicle or parts.

When you apply for finance the supplier takes into account all types of financial income. Whether it be from employment or other means.
The application will look at other aspects of personal information such as credit score, financial history and your affordability when making the decision. It is not solely based on income.

When applying for finance, the finance supplier (for example Santander) will take into consideration multiple areas.
1. Your credit score
2. Financial history
3. Affordability

We recommend our customers, if they are unaware of their credit score to visit Experian to find out. They will give you a breakdown of your score, and also give advice on how to improve it.
From our experience, you require approx. a score of 700 or above to pass for finance. This isn’t always the case, but if your still unsure and need some help please give our sales team a call 01685 385201.

Most of our boot suppliers supply in US sizing. It’s easy to convert to UK sizes! all you need to do is size down one size!
For Example a US size 10, is a UK size 9.

A good place to start is to measure the circumference of your head. To do this start in the middle of your forehead and run a tape around your head (over the top of your ears, horizontal to your eyebrows). If you don’t feel confident in doing this alone, pop in-store and our parts team can assist you.
It’s important to keep in mind that sizing varies between each of the brands. Therefore if you bought a size small in one brand, you may be a medium or extra small in another.
Check the size guides to be sure.
But don’t worry if you order the wrong size, as long as the helmet is unused, we will exchange it for you.

The oil your bike requires will be stated in your owners manual, as this is specific to each bike.

You can purchase oil from us in-store, or we can deliver it to a address of your choice (there is a cost for delivery).

Unfortunately we do not offer this service. You must arrange for your vehicle to arrive to us on time for your appointment. We will then give you a call when your vehicle is ready for collection. Please note, we require the vehicle to be clean in order for our technicians to work on. We ask this due to us loosing time inspecting the bike if we have to clean it first.

We always allow for a full day when scheduling a service in our workshop. This allows us to carry out a thorough checks, ensuring all aspects have been looked over.
Then if we find that there is an area of the bike that requires work, we will have time to diagnose and potentially fix (dependant on the issue) during this time.

Manufacturers recommend regular serving in order to keep the machine performing at its best. It allows the vehicle to work efficiently, and will allow the user to feel confident in its abilities. It is also important to check the vehicle from a safety point of view. Our technicians will carry out throughout checks on all aspects of the vehicle, giving you peace of mind when riding.
If you fail to service your vehicle within the recommended intervals from the manufacturer, your warranty will be void.

We do not offer a click and collect opition online, but if you give our teams a call on 01685 385201 they can order the product you require over the phone. They will take payment and arrange a collection date and time with you. Our opening hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm Saturdays, and closed on Sundays.

Warranty periods vary on with each of the Manufactures. In some cases within the same manufacture’s range vehicles can have differences in warranty.
